Will I be fully asleep during sedation?
With nitrous oxide and oral sedation, you stay awake but relaxed; deeper sedation may make you drowsy or lightly asleep.
How fast does nitrous oxide wear off?
Its effects wear off within minutes after the mask is removed, letting you resume normal activities immediately.
